Sporting Performance Development
Sporting Performance Coaching will enhance your self-development and using a structured framework you will be encouraged to think about and define your sporting goals. Be it the correction of an errant golf swing, adding distance to your throw, being more effective in the control and distribution of a ball or removing practically any psychological blockage that is preventing you from performing to the best of your ability.
Whatever your drive and motivation there will often be psychological barriers preventing you from being the best you can be. Nothing will make you an Olympic athlete if you don’t have the basic ability, but you owe it to yourself to be as good as you can be for the sake of your team and yourself.
Coaching works on a one-to-one basis with the Coach in an enabling role, allowing you to plan and implement the changes that you desire, helping to remove any psychological blockages or barriers to your sporting success.
