Personal Coaching


Personal Coaching is a means by which we can effect a change in our personal circumstances and enhance our self-development. Personal Coaching is a one to one, empathetic relationship between a Coach and client. Using a structured framework you will be encouraged to think about and define your goals.

Find out what drives and motivates you, and how to harness that to create a better life. What is it you really want?  Personal Coaching helps to provide clarity of vision on where your life is heading and where you really want to go.  This should be an easy exercise to do by ourselves, but unfortunately it isn’t!  We often put off the things we should do in favour of the less profitable, easier options.  We may wish to change but unfortunately wishing isn’t enough, if it were we would all be living in mansions and enjoying the best of everything!!  Having a Personal Coach helps to focus the mind and helps you to make it happen.  An impartial eye can spot things in a way that friends and family can’t, or maybe be unwilling to mention.

The focus could be on work/life balance, achieving more in business or personal life, stress management, improving relationships with others or trying to get a better perspective on life overall.

Coaching works on a one-to-one basis with the Coach in an enabling role, allowing you to plan and implement the changes that you desire, helping to remove psychological   blockages or barriers to success.
